1. The app does not allow entering saved user name and password; 2. The password preview button doesn't work; 3. It allowed to register biometrics, but as soon as you try to use fingerprint - it says Session Expired, forcing you to login again; 4. The two buttons under the Health and Benefits Products, have large fonts and the buttons are not scalable, cropping the text, so you can't read it. How many problems a single app can have? While it seems working, the user experience is horrible.

Calls my home phone. I've tried to have the number updated to my cell so I can get into the app while in the store. Even after my ins. carrier contacted company responsible for the app & were told by the company the phone # had been updated, it wasn't. Since the savings aren't always available on store brands, it would be nice to once again be able to scan products in store. Wasn't the best app to begin with, but usable. Now completely useless. 4 days later, # never changed.

This is by far one of the worst apps I've ever seen you can never sign in using saved email or password or even use the fingerprint sensor. I usually just take the long way thru my insurance company's website which is actually quicker now. More than half the time it tells you it's the wrong password or email which it's not I deleted it a few times and then downloaded it again hoping they fixed it but they didn't. They shouldn't have an app if it's broken.
