With this app you can set up your printer, and start printing and scanning. It also provides various handy functions such as checking consumable levels, and printing via the cloud.
We recommend using Canon PRINT with your Canon printer.
Some functions and services may not be available in certain printers, countries or regions and environments.

DifficultFeature RequestsHate itLevelNetworkWhat access is needed most on a printer? Ink levels and internet connection! What is hardest to find and use on this app, ink levels and internet connection. Despite being 20 feet away from the router/modem it will constantly lose connection and getting it back is worse than pulling teeth. And like most apps it wants totally and completely irrelevant access to to you device! THE PRINTER DOESN'T NEED TO KNOW WHERE IT IS!!!

There are no options and detailed choices and information when the app opens, or at least certainly not user-friendly ones, for utilizing this app in conjuction with printing things online. It's unfortunate because it used to be way better, and have all the options available (page size, orientation, etc), and be a user-friendly interface.

Hate itLevelThe lowest level of effort has gone into this app. The fact that you can't print a new project until the previous one is done AND cleared from the queue, shows a complete lack of thought regarding its efficient usability. Its yet another example of new tech being way worse than old tech. Put it some effort, Canon, or just go back to analog, because this is embarrassing.
