The app is ok, about half the time it seems to send the order right. They really could use a "how did we do" or "something is wrong/missing" option so people can let them know when orders are wrong or outright missing partially/fully. I know sides and drinks are cheap, but it adds up over time.

This app used to be great. Checked my address and keeps yelling me my billing is wrong, which it's not via google pay. I checked with my bank and they said it looks good they keep charging and reversing it. I also don't see a place to enter your billing information I only see a place for your mailing considering the error notice. This app used to be super easy, not a huge pain. Tried with CC direct next and said they just couldn't process. So no jimmy John's I guess!!

Just downloaded and installed the app, unable to locate restaurant, either by use my location or entering the zip code. Tried to sign up for rewards, unable to do that as well. Was not a customer before, we didn't have this place where I grew up, but I guess I will continue not eating here. Nice they with the $10, made me download an app, but it don't work at all. Uninstalling, gg but now I'm in the mood for a sandwich, and I know the subway app works.
