This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. Just a note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.

• Adjust the sound volume for each hearing aid together or separately
• Mute surroundings for better focus
• Switch between programs set by your hearing care professional
• Check battery levels
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Opn™)
• Stream calls, music, and podcasts directly to your hearing aids (availability may vary depending on your phone model)
• Find your hearing aids if lost (requires location services to always be turned on)
• Access app support and troubleshooting solutions
• Meet your hearing care professional for an online visit (by appointment)
• Adjust streaming sounds with streaming equalizer (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Opn™ and Oticon Siya)
• Adjust sounds around you with sound equalizer (available for Oticon Intent™ and Oticon Real™ models)
• Track your progress with HearingFitness™ feature (available for Oticon Intent™ and Oticon Real™ models)
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids such as TV Adapters, Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip

First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven’t updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.

Latest update is a step in the correct direction, HA's are disconnecting less. HA's are correctly syncing more often when getting a regular call so I can take/listen to phone calls through my hearing aids. At times I have to go to speaker when getting a regular call. When getting a call through WhatsApp they sync perfectly. I have a Samsung A25 which utilizes Android 14 for its operating system.

My hearing aids work about half the time. The problem is probably that I have an android phone and Oticon is optimized for an IPhone. What seems to happen is that the software is updated on a Friday, but the android changes are not made until Monday. Over the Christmas holidays my hearing aids did not work for about two weeks. If I could give minus stars I would do so.

I copied the 1st review posted on Jan. 1, 2025: " If I walk out of the room and leave my phone behind, they disconnect and I sometimes have to turn off BT and the aides and reconnect everything from go. It's frustrating. I cannot imagine what a 70-80 y/o has to go thru with how bad this is." Funny, because I am going on 82 this year and that was exactly what I was going to say. IF you can fix that, send me an update. On a positive side, real time live-help on a problem I had was FANTASTIC.
