For over a year, I have called a handful of times to complain about your app because I am unable to access the barcode for EVERY offer and it also doesn't show the offer details. So whenever I go into a store and shop, the cashiers have to manually enter codes whicks takes more time. They look at my phone to see if I'm doing something wrong, but they just see that your app is faulty. But why won't you fix it?? Ridiculous.

Made me set up PayPal which I have already been using, then wouldn't allow me to use it. I paid with my debit card, but had to jump through several hoops to FINALLY complete the transition. I like their variety and shoes, and deals so I'll probably try again someday, but HOPEFULLY I won't run into these issues again.

Really well designed, easy to use app... Maybe too easy? I don't need to have shopping for shoes easier, but the filters and sort options make finding what you want more streamlined. Your coupons are easy to find and apply. I actually didn't know I had so many coupons, because the brick and mortar store never mentions them. Free shipping if you are a member (which is free), or curbside pickup. Curse you, DSW, I can't quit you!
