The "virtual try on" feature has seemingly disappeared. Now I can't try glasses on anymore before buying. Don't feel comfortable ordering and returning. The feature worked great before - why get rid of it? Update: there are glasses that can be tried on and there are also glasses the feature is not available. If you try to scroll to the right to find a lens you want the app forces you to go back to the lens you're on making you try on every single lens next to it to get anywhere. :(

Used to be great. In the past, I was able to order multiple glasses quite easily. Now I can't progress any further than lens tint, before the app does nothing. I am unable to order glasses anymore from Zenni, after years of being a customer. UPDATE: 11/24/2024 I now can use the app successfully. I was able to order a pair of progressive glasses (1st ever)and they are absolutely perfect. 👌 I'm not sure why there were issues before, but i am very pleased with Zenni once again! 😊
