As you may have realized by now after reading the latest reviews, the app doesn't work anymore. On my Samsung S24 Ultra as it is selected to be opened, you are greated with a permanent blank screen. Hopefully they will fix it at some point, although that seems unlikely now as this seems to have been occurring for over a month and all they do is give you a generic response to the app review. Honestly, wake up admin! So many people reporting the same thing should make you contact support yourself

Doesn't work for razor+2024. The app used to work great , I have no idea what they did to it, half the time it freezes on the log in page. If I eventually get it to log it , it freezes a lot , doesn't have my pet profile and has the wrong name on the profile. Not sure what that is about. The website works great , I just wish they they fix the app. It's not a smooth experience. I have cleared cache , uninstalled many times and tried again , it's just not working.

The app is pretty decent.... Scheduling an appointment isn't difficult..... But, the. company needs to work on the payment acceptance in the app..... For some odd reason, I'm unable to process any payments through the app or the website...... So I usually call the office location or the 800 phone number, to make my payments..... Other then that, the app is great...... 4 stars!!!!!!!
