I would like to like the app but I don't. it obviously has a memory leak and it will eventually start making your entire Android TV go crazy. The app itself is difficult to deal with. Amazon needs to have their developers learn how to handle and manipulate video and a UI that is user-friendly instead of hostile. trying to rewind is like trying to dress a mouse. Even with the best best bandwidth and connection video is laggy when you try to skip forward or rewind. content and everything else

trailers play in wide mode but movies play in full mode so the characters are elongated and the option in the Bravia settings or prime settings to change it is grayed out. this didn't used to happen. is it because of some update? I am on a 2022 Sony Bravia. Also I paid for prime so I didn't get ads but now you too added them and screwed over all the people who signed up for that same reason. seriously how much more money do you want to make? does Jeff want to buy another half billion dollar boat?poor guy must be struggling to make ends meet. maybe you can use some of that ad Revenue to pay a developer to make sure your app works. what a novel idea...

I have a Google TV (Chromecast) device. I am experiencing an issue where the video is freezing after 1 second and the audio continues for any movie/show continues. When I tried using the Prime App on Xbox, it works. I think there's an issue specifically with the Prime Video app on Google TV. I tried clearing the cache as well as reinstalling the app. Nothing worked. This is happening everytime. All other apps on Google TV are working fine (ie. Netflix, Crave, etc). Can someone take a look?
