Works. But I got a new phone. Didnt have cloud storage at the time and my saved videos of thieves breaking in are gone. My other phone broke so couldn't access the video footage on my other phone. And I thought if you get a new phone, the videos would still be there. I know for next time. But I need those videos back. Another issue I have, the app freezes all the time. Can't access it most of the time. It's not the app, it's there servers

i am sorry i didn't read the reviews properly before buying Everthing worked good when first got these cameras. Now nothing wants to come up in the app. It's not my internet. It's their servers. Everything is up to date. It works only when it wants to. Crashes all the time video freezes or doesn't come up at all. and they want you subscribe< FOR WHAT????? Save your money people.

Just installed, what an immaculate, crisp, colorful picture! Volume is loud enough for hard of hearing people. The alarm is amazing. I love the app and the product as well as the price for cloud storage! I'm going to be ordering a lot more of these. The price is excellent. Thank you!
