BugsDifficultHate itPayment and BillingOnce purchased, the ticket is great. However, using your app is very difficult!! and if you make an error it makes you start all over. It's very frustrating when you put in all of your information according including your credit card information and then it will not accept your credit card and you have to start you. With a whole different credit card, not sure why it won't take my credit card when I have plenty of balance

Feature RequestsHate itInaccurateWaitingIf I SPECIFY a city+substation, I don't want other stations in results. This comes up often & it's a service failure AFAIC. Nice-Riquier is not Nice-Ville. If I specify Riquier, I know what I'm doing & don't want my results cluttered with other stations + want to eliminate accidental NON-REFUNDABLE buys from incorrect stations. Second, I've twice now had an inspector waiting for the app to deliver a QR code ticket because of delivery times after purchase. That needs to resolve in <10sec.

AddictingBugsConfusingHate itInaccurateSpendingUpdatesUse every day for work. Since the update it is useless. Slow, crashes all the time. Horrible to use if you are tight on time for your morning train where every minute counts. Also, confusing now on the page to select the ticket. Shows a box with the few upcoming trains yet somehow it randomly switches the departure and arrival destinations and a number of times i have ended up buying the ticket the wrong way. The old version was fine
