Keeps creating problems for my printer. Never have I seen this message, "This cartridge must be replaced." I've had the printer for years. Printed 52 pictures the same day, still had plenty of ink, but all of a sudden, that message keeps popping up every other day. I can't even get to my settings screen when it does that. I can't print from my phone or computer, can't even make copies now. Super annoying. Needs to be fixed.

Update: Still disappointed. I still can't print via my phone. I tried multiple ways, but I just can't get it to work anymore. Disappointed. Everything was working well until this latest update. Every time I try to send a file to print from my phone to the printer, it just stays stuck in a loading/running state but never actually prints. I've tried different ways through my phone, but nothing.

It doesn't allow me to scan documents from my phone. That was the whole reason for buying this particular printer and downloading the app. To add, since this is my home setup, I don't have a network that makes it impossible to scan and send needed documents. Recommend that you review other options before settling on this product and app.
