Battery UsageBugsDeviceHate itThe Barclays app used to be good, but not anymore. Whoever messed around with it should be fired. Some screens can easily be read. Other pages the font size is way too big and you don't know who the charge is from. The scrolling feature doesn't work properly to view charges. I'd be better off getting paper statements in the mail again! You also can't redeem points on the app. You can only do so on the actual website. What a waste of an app. ...and yes, I do have Android 12 already on my phone!!

BugsHate itThe new app user interface is terrible, the process of logging into the new app is cumbersome, slow and obnoxious. And base app list of accounts just have the account numbers, not the names I've given the accounts so I know what they are. I like the banking policies of Barclays, but the app has had many issues over the years. And this change has not been smooth sailing.

I hate that I can't screen record or take screenshot of information I want saved. For example, transactions I want to dispute, letters "sent" out to me about disputes. Who are they protecting? Themselves or the users!?!They don't provide the full card number in the app, which is typically how bank apps keep information safe. Not allowing screen shots though, it's not like they're sending me nudes! It's my transactions, they're policy's, app certificates and documentation.
