App STILL hasn't been updated since the last update that basically changed the entire layout and made everything so much worse. Everything is so difficult to find because nothing is labeled correctly, and the Phone As Key option no longer works. I have un-installed and re-installed the app, I have reset the fordpass connectivity on my car, and it still doesn't work. At this point, the only reason to use the app is for remote start... Ford, what are you even doing?

app was originally awesome. after updates it's nearly useless. can't charge anything in the van with the keys on and locked with the app or it will Lock You Out of your own car and say it's for safety when your the only one with access on the app... also can't remote start 90 percent of the time I'm out on jobs or on call at night as it says it's conserving the battery until I start the van again. this is daily when driven daily and battery is fine. I'm sure we'll blame thieves for bad design

Update 1/2025. Way better. Lots of improvements. Now works all the time and opens faster. Shows the fuel % and range at the top of the app, super useful. Also provides tire pressure info, oil change info, etc. Very nice app now! Old review: Finicky at best. Sometimes works, sometimes not. Now opens up with a "not responding" warning that usually goes away. The remote start sometimes takes a dozen tries to get the car to start, and at that point I can just be in the car to start it.
