I go to Popeyes once a week and lately they keep asking me if I'm checking in with the app so I decided to check it out, but the 3 Piece Tender Dinner is only available as a reward and not as a regular menu item. I see an option to scan the receipt and add points later but the point was that I was trying avoid the awkward script about the app everytime I go through the drivethrough. The drinks are always gross and watered down so I dont want the combo, please add the dinner option to the menu

I love using the app but for my last 4 orders when I order the 2 can dine under offers the price of the meal is $11.99 but when I go to pay the subtotal before any taxes says $12.99 plus $1.17 for taxes. Please make it make sense. Some how the calculations are off cause this isn't possible. Please explain or fix the app. I see the app still isn't fixed. Just dropped it down to one star.

Poorly designed app. Cannot redeem free items and the time you select for pick up automatically changes to 15-20+ minutes later than the time you selected! It doesn't show the new time until after you've paid. Also giving 48 hours to add a receipt for points is a joke. The standard is minimum 7 days and subway gives 14 days? I'll be uninstalling the app immediately!
