    Pretty great app. Works really well to build your own routines. If you are just trying to make something that fits your goals restrictions this is nice. Swap out exercises anytime and update the workout plan after reviewing your completed session. I have some experience and play with lots of moves that aren't in an exercise library. This is great for custom exercises and setting trackable parameters like weights and reps or isometrics.

    I've just started using the app and have been extremely impressed with its functionality, intuitiveness and variety of exercises particularly with the ability to filter based on specific criteria - fantastic job! It's a fantastic design - so much more than just another tracker especially with the video tutorials available for those who aren't familiar with them! Update 2/19/25 Had to step away from my gym after an injury but immediately came back to this app the last couple months...awesome!!!

    It's good, but I wish it was more built-in programs to follow. If you want to build size,it doesn't provide a program for that just basic very baseline. It's not very imaginative or intense. This program requires A LOT of personalization, far more than I would like. I wish it had an alarm for the set timer. The blinking screen is not enough.
