    I have used the app for a couple of international trips. The advise seems to help with jet lag but the notification from the app didn't work on my Samsung phone or tablet. I contacted support a few months ago about this. They said it was a known issue and they were working on it but still no update. This makes it so you have to memorize when you need to transition to sleep, stop drinking caffeine etc. Not very user friendly.

    Was very helpful! I only found out about the app a few days before my trip to Japan, and it seems like the algorithm doesn't quite work as well for very short notice like that. I'm glad I didn't take the advice to stay up all night before my flight and only sleep on the plane, because I would have been exhausted otherwise. But I followed all the recommendations leading up to it and definitely had FAR less jetlag than the last 2 times I've been there! Will use this app on my next trip for sure!

    The advice from this app worked exceptionally well for me on recent 30+ hour flights taking me across 11 time zones. No jet lag at all. Phenomenal to have a tool that leaves no ambiguity about what your jet lag management plan should be, then guides you through it step-by-step, hour-by-hour. Highly recommended app.
