The big problem right now with the cancelation fees. The new support version is not helping at all. Now when we experience an order with accesitive time there is no way to get your compensation.... there is no option to see it or getting any help. Its just keeps taking you to the page where is asking about the order but you get surprised because it says that order dont exist. That's mean uber is taking my cancelation fees. I don't recommend it anymore, other platforms value better the drivers.

The app itself is functional enough. In-app navigation only works if the app is open on screen, so it's pretty useless when you're driving and your phone screen isn't on, use Google maps. Support has been alright so far. The base fare from Uber is truly pathetic though. Even with tips, I'm making less per mile than the standard deduction covers so I'm technically using more money to drive than I earn. I'll sit during busy hours without a single request for an hour straight. Absolutely terrible.

The fact that you can Uber walk is amazing because this gives so much more opportunities for everyone, but the app differs depending on the type of phone. My spouse can go on breaks, but I can't and then if I clock out it'll still give me my tips if/when they come in, but my spouse loses hers if she clocks out. Updates doesn't fix it. Either way its worth it!
