Games are fun and entertaining. However not worth time or money for this app. Most I have gotten my bank to is $990 mil and $660mil. My son got his bank to $1.4bil. After we have accomplished that….you lose everything! YOU DONT GET INTO ANYTHING AFTERWARD, no free spins or money balls (in any game we attempted within this app) and that’s gambling very very very conservatively. You will literally lose the entire bank. The missions are complete waste of time as you accomplish different levels, The bonus spins every 3 hrs should get you more money but are not worth the money spent to accomplish those goals. Never compensated even close to the value invested. Offers to watch an ad for $140k when your gambling more than that a hit is a joke. Offers to watch an ad for $1mil gets you less than the standard $140k for the traditional ad. Game Often glitches….doesn’t accumulate money accurately or display the percentage of mission accomplished much of the time. I haven’t accumulated millions in my bank that I should have received due to software addition errors. There are many other games to choose from, I would highly recommend seeking other options than lightening.

I initially downloaded this app because it has a lot of my most favorite casino games. I loved the simplicity of the app, the graphics as well as how the games look and play like the real games. HOWEVER, it is extremely irritating when you can’t ever win anything. The developers of this app as well as their other apps I have “Heart of Vegas” and “MightyFu Casino” have made it so difficult to hit any free games, bonus rounds or even win at all. Buying any of their packs are ridiculously expensive for just little coins and you have to make minimum bets that don’t even unlock the higher jackpots. The missions usually require a minimum bet and since I can’t ever win it’s impossible for me to complete more than 2 or 3 missions therefore I never move up any tiers. Same as on the other apps. I’ve rated the games in app already and have made my complaints known and no response from the developers ever. It’s not worth your time or money if you can pay less to play the real thing.. Such a shame because I would actually play a lot more if it weren’t so ridiculously hard to win. These apps are supposed to be for fun but all they do is just frustrate me.

Issue: Snowy Event - screen gets frozen tried deleting the app and reinstalled it but still nothing. I have been contacting the “VIP” team for the same issue since December 22nd 2023 and it is now January 5th 2024. After speaking to 6 different people from this so called VIP team, nothing is getting resolved. They would give me the same exact answer till today, i recorded the way they quickly end my conversation after they said that they will get someone to help me. They would end my conversation without even hearing what I have to say. Seems like they don’t wanna hear me complain. I spend real money on this game and not to be getting what I am supposed to or not getting any respect from all the VIP team seems so wrong. I have the complete screenshot of what has been going on ang who i spoke to. I also recorded how they quickly end conversation once i start conplaining. This is so wrong! Such a disappointment from the whole team. 2:07 PM they decided to block my account. Great!!! Bravo!! I will be contacting Apple Support on this matter. You guys are so wrong by doing this. Why?? Because you cannot solve the problem i was complaining about? So you decided to just block me instead of fixing it?! RIGHT PETER FROM VIP? I have the complete screen recording on how you your team did me wrong here. I would gladly send all my screen recordings to prove how amazing this VIP TEAM TRULY IS!
