The app and website is slow and difficult to work with. I have tickets listed for sale, but I can't edit the listing, it just spins and spins and spins. I've tried different browsers and computers. I cannot even get to the listing to show up in the app. This is what happens when we allow a company to have a MONOPOLY! We are forced to use their mediocre apps and services with MASSIVE service fees. There are no alternatives. There is no competition and, therefore, no reason to innovate.

Ticketmaster is worthless. Since they have a monopoly on ticket sales for every event across the United States, they push their advantage with a bunch of high fees and annoying rules. Navigating through their app is slow and clunky, and you have a time limit that does not allow for anything extra without causing you to lose your tickets. I hate using them for anything and will gladly drive 3 hours just to go to a ticket office if I can.

Overall the works as expected. I am able to find my tickets and purchase them with no problem. However, I noticed in the app that my tickets from over a month ago still show up on my upcoming events. I tried to reach out to support and got to a page that showed a code and a phone number which appeared as a link. I tapped the phone number to call but the page then errored out and I was unable to return to the previous page to screen shot or jot down the number and code. Back to square one........
