This has been a huge productivity boon for me. It is a great complete ecosystem for voice to text plus AI summary. The sharing and other app functions make it easy to action the data that is generated. It is NOT restricted to only files from the device which adds tremendous flexibility. The only thing in trying to figure out is how to intercept/record audio from a headset. Looking forward to a new device that can help with that. I use this as an accessibility tool as my hearing is poor.

The transcript could use a bit of work. It was missing some clear stated phrases, confused speakers that were clearly different, left large segments out and misspelled words and names. The good stuff: It was easy to make corrections to speakers and misspellings easy to use platform. Discreet device. I really had an easy time setting it up. I wish I would have practiced with something less important first but the app and the device did serve the purpose very well and I am very Happy with Plaud

Using this device is incredible, such convenience, ease of recording, and great results...AND you can always take the audio clip elsewhere if you're not happy with their particular transcriptions; but at least you'll have it available and safe. Really good stuff.
