Customer ServiceSpendingWaitingThis used to be a really fun game. I have been playing it for almost 3 years. It has become a pay-to-play game. It's also more expensive to progress and fewer rewards given. I've spent hundreds of dollars on this game, and I have invested extensive time playing that I can't walk away for good. I think customer service takes too long to resolve major issues. I've lost a lot of friends that quit playing for these reasons. I have significantly reduced the amount of time and money I spend playing.

DifficultLog InThis game is retarded, I log in in for 30 secs , do an upgrade and logout for a few hours, to a whole day for the upgrade to complete. Over and over and over and over again same thing. Kinda hard to get into a game that lasts 30 secs intervals:( Obviously I must be missing something 😕. Maybe I'm retarded lol 😂 I can see now I am missing the rewards, I'll give it 3 stars. To be fair, I'm just not in to it. Thanks for effort, your on the right track, keep up the work.

Feature RequestsLove itIts good. You gotta be patient! But what's crazy is the amount of resources needed for upgrading your troops, buildings, & castle is insane once you start getting a little big, not to mention whats needed for researching! I love the game & people you meet, but this games developers are greedy & ridiculously money hungry, & that's putting it nicely! They need to lower the amount of resources & time it takes to upgrade buildings, researching, & training troops. Everything should be lowered by alot
