BugsWhen the game first came out, it worked perfectly for me. But now, for some reason, no matter how many times I reinstall the game, it doesn't work. I've tried reinstalling the app six times since then, aeach time th, results end up being the same. The app works fine until it starts downloading resources. The moment it starts downloading resources, it gets stuck. I've tried pressing the button to get it unstuck. It doesn't work. I've tried restarting the app, but then it just gets stuck on zero.

Hate itSpendingHonestly? I used to really enjoy this, but the way they have the Gacha system set up makes this entire game a bait and switch scam. You need specific elemental heroes to complete missions, but the drop rate on heroes - at all - is absolutely abysmal. The events don't last long enough to actually accomplish anything without shelling out $$$. Overall, I think the video game industry is trying to follow the US Healthcare industry's example by scraping as much money out of you as inhumanly possible.

My problem is I spent money on this game, and usually, I don't buy anything when playing games unless I find something interesting. I went to my account, and my data was erased today. is there any way I can get my account back? if not, I want a refund from the amount I spent on this platform.
