Update2: The daily reading streak counter was fixed in the May 10, 2024 update. The former functionality of marking the specific daily devotionals previously read would be more useful. Update1: Now the daily reading streak, which replaced the tracking of the specific devotionals opened for reading, is also broken. Please bring back the tracking/marking of which specific daily devotional have been opened for reading! I’m been reading Our Daily Bread for decades. I switched to the app a few years back and liked how the archives tracked the daily devotionals I had read. I was able to easily identify and catch up on the days I had missed. I miss feature. It was there before, but gone with an update. Our Daily Bread is a wonderful ministry. Please restore the tracking of which days have been read.

I read the ODB app every morning before breakfast and also share it on my Facebook page and text it to each member of our family and my siblings every single day. In fact, if you’re one of my friends, the ODB is the only thing you will see on my Facebook app. No -believer friends and relatives read my ODB post everyday and once when I was in a dark place I planned on deleting my Facebook and Instagram accounts and a lot of my non-believer friends asked me not to because reading my ODB post everyday has become part of their morning routine. I have been having problems with the app for a while now where I can’t share the picture at the top of the page. When I try, it shows me the last picture that is from a different date. So I always have to delete the app then download it again in order to share the picture. The picture is very important as it draws people to read my post when they see it. I pray this problem will be fixed real soon. Many blessing to all behind the ODB as you are touching so many lives with your hard work and prayers :)

I love this app. It is a daily morning staple and very inspirational. Like the last reviewer however, I am no longer seeing the inspirational images, which I usually share daily; I am just seeing a greyish image of a mountain. I have noticed, however, that if I click on the following date, the image for that date shows, but only on the day BEFORE that actual date. Once that date arrives, there is no image available, only the greyish mountain, which in itself is quite a depressing visual. For instance, yesterday was July 27. On July 26, I clicked on July 27, to see if the image was available. It was, and therefore, I thought that there was just a glitch for July 26, and that the images would return for July 27 and dates beyond. However, by yesterday morning, when I expected to be able to see the image which I had seen the day before, there was nothing but the grey mountain image. The same thing happened today. I can see tomorrow’s image, (which I have now emailed to shelf for use tomorrow), but I am certain that by tomorrow, when I open the app, I will be greeted - sadly - by my old friend, the grey mountain. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing has worked to resolve this problem. Please fix… Regards RMT
