Since the update, I can't scan my tickets to redeem points. The original app was working fine and I was always happy with it. Whatever they've done to this app. It's just useless now and it's so frustrating because I have all these tickets and I can't scan them to redeem the points, it will not even scan and let you know if you've won or not. I don't know whether this is a problem that is only restricted to the iPhone, but I was using the iPhone with the app before and it was just fine. Whatever they've done with the updates please address this. This is so frustrating. I feel like deleting the app.

I’ve been using this for over five years. It’s been working fine for me. I have an old phone XR and it scans the tickets perfectly and so does the iPad. I bought a brand new phone in April 2024 and all of a sudden I can’t scan anymore. Doesn’t mean this app is worthless. It’s just a bug that needs to be fixed, because something doesn’t work once doesn’t mean you should give it a one star. you should report it to the lottery office either call them or send them an email. This still works on the iPad and this still works on my old phone for some reason my new phone 15 pro will not work
