My first complaint is when I combined my two accounts on Facebook. I lost the account that had the most tokens which was 400,000 and gave me the one account with only 60,000 which is unfair. My second complaint is I tried to do a purchase and it won’t let me do any purchases saying it reach my limit. I only spent $50. Can you explain to me why My third complaint is this. I’ve tried to reach out with your chat and every time I open up a chat, they redirect me to someone that does not exist. No one speaks to or help me after that. This is awful. Absolutely awful how you treat people. my fourth complaint is I was in the middle of a competition and I got booted out as I was winning for no reason and I lost the only 10,000 tokens I had left and I can’t purchase anymore I try to get to chat for the hundredth time and no one helps me or response. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Love playing” Tarneeb “ there is problem when you pay money to load your account and some fake account. Try to take out your money. I emailed Customer Service so many times that my accounts been hacked so many times I have changed the password. I tried so many things to prevent it from happening, but every time I load my account, they knew about it. They come and they steal my coins I did not get any response from Customerservice. Therefore they care less about if you’re losing your money or not it’s not safe to purchase. It’s a nice app to enjoy and play, but don’t ever think about loading your account because somebody somewhere somehow will come and steal your money .

They caused an issue with my coins that I bought. I used coins to change my photo because now they make you do that too. And there was an error changing the photo which resulted in having to spend more coins. So I asked for a refund of those coins as that is a mistake on Jawaker and potential scam too to waste 10,000 coins like that. Now they have banned from purchasing any coins which I need to join competitions. This app is going downhill which is a shame because it’s the only game I play. **Update: they resolved this issue
