BugsVacuum started going back and forth in the opposite way it was setup and the option to change this has been hidden or removed. Also, there is no ability to review obstacles in the map/history and instead it always comes up with an error that has an established history of being an unfixed bug. It asks for feedback but will not let you check the history to see how it did first. App works great on cheaper model vacuums, but not so well on my j7+.

BugsApp is fine, it's not the issue. The vacuum itself is the problem. It will work for awhile when you buy it brand new, but within 1 year it will start cleaning operations on its own in the middle of the night making a racket. The problem is that the manual button on the unit goes bad, even if you've never touched it, like myself. The cleaning history in the app claims cleaning was begin by the manual button.

FamilyOk. Compared to my 7 years old deebot: I like that it good straight lines so appears to be efficient. But it's obvious the roomba does not pick up as much dirt. The little brush hidden under the dirt case is very convenient. This is a very basic model, so it's not very smart. It gets lost if I try to do multiple rooms. The cleaning map rarely shows where the base is.
