BugsCustomer ServiceFeature RequestsHate itSpendingThis app isn't great, a $ grab. The credits used are uneven and will force you to buy more. Some potential clients' #s don't work, but when sending issue to customer service, their response is they verify numbers. This app needs to have in place when customers have hired a professional. If not, credits are wasted. I have 4 credits on account and can't use them unless I purchase more.

CameraHate itSpendingI've been using this app for 8 months now. I have payed and contacted more than 30 leads with just ONE hired. Most of the "Leads" are unresponsive and seems like a scam. I have spend hundreds of dollars for just 1 good lead in 8 months. Seems like a great app to connect clients with professionals but in reality you will spent a lot of money for hopefully one good lead. I'm a photographer by the way with lots of experience, reviews and sample photos to show.

Customer ServiceHate itI'm really disappointed with this app. First you will have to buy credit from bark and then if you buy leads from those credits 99 percent of the time that so called lead won't be responsive and then when you contact the customer support they will just email you back saying they can't refund the credit because they weren't able to verify the claim. I have invested approx 2500 usd from which I was able to get 1 contract which was for 250 usd. Now I'm sure this platform is a complete scam.
