NetworkThis app fails 99% of the time performing its basic function: Show balance on the phone(s). No matter the time of day, no matter the strength of wifi or cellular signal, it's the same thing every time: "The request is taking longer then expected. Please try again later." Every other feature works, especially the purchase functions, but not the balance feature. Please fix this TracFone!!!

BugsHate itLog InUpdatesHaving the same log in failure issues as several other folks. Have tried uninstall/reinstall several times. Also, tried log in using phone#, e-mail, Sim id, etc. Nothing works. I've been using this app for several years and it's always worked great. Please help. Update: Thank you Frank, I don't know what you did but, the app is back up and running.

BugsHate itLove itWhen I first installed the application a few months ago, it worked perfectly. Loved being able to get the balance on my account. About three months ago that changed, can not get my account balance unless I go to the website. I have reinstalled the application, same thing, no balance to show. It is a waste of my phone space to keep this app.
