The flow is not as easy on the app as it is online. Redeeming points is much harder in the app. When redeeming points, one has to use the online option as there is no "use app" option. I found this very frustrating. The app and online constantly ask me for my mobile number even though I have verified it multiple times. My number is not retained online or in the app. This is very frustrating.

The app works pretty well for me. The "offers" are kind of obnoxious, because it gives you deals for things not in the app, but it shoves them all in your face at once. It's a minor complaint but still there. I suspect that all of my other issues with the app being slow are more due to cell service in my area being awful than anything wrong with the app, so 4 stars.

Tales coupon codes but doesn't apply them. Schedules you pickup 30 minutes minimum, so if you arrive early you'll still be forced to wait. Your better off ordering when you arrive. It will be faster. Chunky unnecessary animations. And why be on the Google store and not take Google pay? Just another middlemen app that sells your data and offers nothing in return.
