BugsHate itNetworkExtremely slow to load, most of the time it doesn't load anything more than a blank screen when it does load a page it just says error or currently under maintenance. Having been forcefully moved from being able to get new cards to having to have to use the app to pull up the insurance card is extreme stupid especially when the app doesn't work 85% of the time.

BugsFeature RequestsLog InCigna the app doesn't work properly, especially logging in and /or password input. Seems each reply to feedback regarding issues you guys keep stating we would like to investigate further. If hundreds of Cigna app users are saying the same thing someone needs to start over and fix the issue. Build the app over from scratch it does not work properly on a consistent basis.

Log InPrivacyIt won't let me use my password manager to fill in credentials. I tried to find a provider in my area. It asked for my age, which it should already freaking know, but it won't let me type anything in. And I went to a browser to look at a provider's website. I was off the app for about a minute. It made me log in again (no biometric option or username auto filled in). When I did it started from the main screen and didn't have the search results any more. Complete garbage.
