This app UI is awful. Getting the account set up made me want to find a different app immediately. I hoped it would get better once I actually had my account. It didn't. You want to try and change settings for you class? Good luck following all the restrictions and notifications that don't show up. Oh you want to send an announcement to your class? Nice try. You'll have to select a different conversation for that. This app feels like it was made in the early 2000s and hasn't been touched since.

The app is good and user-friendly. However, when l message a student, there is no way l can tell that the student has indeed read my message. I know the announcement tells you the number of students who have received and read your message, but it doesn't specify who the students are. I will give 5 stars if it had that function, like whatzapp or Telegram where the check mark below the message goes blue once your receiver has read the message. Hopefully, that's not asking for much.

Even though I have the newest model of the app it often struggles to load messages sent after I scroll back for a little bit and I have to reopen the app multiple times for it to load properly. It has also been very slow in loading images I attach and sometimes timeouts altogether. The chat profiles appearing next to texts get mixed up a lot so I have to guess which message is from who. Very frustrating to work with for a simple reminder app.
