Love itUpdatesSam's app is truly wonderful! It offers everything you need, from curbside pickup to shipping and shopping options. The only small suggestion I have would be to make it easier to cancel or edit your order to add more items, and perhaps a way to cancel if life gets in the way. I look forward to seeing continued updates and improvements that enhance the overall experience!

BugsCustomer ServiceHate itPayment and Billingterrible customer service I talked to four different people on the phone and no one could do anything right. no one could fix anything. I'm a loyal customer. I get the Sam's club credit card and it doesn't work on the app and no one can help me get it to work on the app even though I have everything correct. transfer me around finally. I just log on to the website instead of using the app. lo and behold. I got it to work in 2 seconds. Sam's club your credit card works online but not on the app

Cart and CheckoutLove itSpendingSam's Club in Tucson, AZ, is a fantastic spot for bulk shopping, and the Scan & Go feature makes it even better. With Scan & Go, you can scan items as you shop, pay through the app, and skip the checkout line entirely. It’s a huge time-saver, especially during busy hours. I also like seeing my total in real-time, helping me stay within budget. Just show your digital receipt at the exit, and you're done! Occasionally, there are extra discounts for Scan & Go users, which is a nice perk.
