Bugs, random outcomes and unresponsive customer service are just a few things you can come to expect. Many IA Issues such as 10 yard punts, no game time coaching, teams don't kick field goals under the 2 minute warning are designed inadequacies to get players to spend money on players in packs. Spoiler Alert, the packs are overly repetitive and don't give an opportunity to enhance weak parts of the team. Pass this one by.

Decent game but not great. Pairings seem to be really lopsided. Can have a better game plan to go against an opponent only to lose. Not to mention that they may be a run heavy opponent but as soon as you game plan for that, boom they magically become pass heavy for that game. Can't prove it but it seems that the game is rigged against you so you pay money only to lose those players in a year. Finally got my team to 90 only for the reset to drop me back down to the 60s.

Packs are way overpriced and pull odds are terrible. Mediocre game play, which honestly is a little slow for my taste, but halfway decent if you're looking for something to kill a few minutes at a time, no more than a couple times a day. Needs more opportunities to earn free energy, or needs more gameplay options that do not require energy. Disappointing to pick up a game to kill time only to not be able to do anything in the game.
