I don't know what's changed over the past 2 months, but I haven'tbeen able to place online orders for pickup or even delivery anymore. The App just clocks (gets hung up). It's beyond frustrating since I used to use it often; almost weekly. I've deleted my cashe, history, etc. & it's still won't work. So, as nice as your save $10 off $50 order incentives are, Good Luck! I'll be deleting this App soon for lack of funtionality.

I’ve activated offers twice now before I went to the store, I did not receive the points, Petsmart will claim the offer was not activated before the purchase. This last one was activated about 30 minutes before I left home. Either they are lying, or their system is junk, 1 star. “ Upon reviewing your order, I can confirm that the applicable promotions were correctly applied. I do apologize for any confusion, however, it appears in our system, the offer activation was done after the purchase"

I just got the app and went to set up an account then create a grooming appointment. First error was within 10 seconds of opening... I have had 4 errors in ten minutes. I create my account for the initial set up and now the app won't recognize it. This app is horribly setup with no obvious testing. Whoever made this has failed and should feel bad.
