BugsFeature RequestsHate itLog InUpdatesIt's somewhat convenient but not much can be done in the app. You need to visit the full site to access or change anything important. The discount market place isn't available via the app and logging into the portal is painful. You should be able to log into the app and access everything related to your benefits otherwise it feels pointless. (Update) still can't access the discount portal easily. I shouldn't have to log in again to view the discounts provided by the company. App is still broken

Customer ServiceFeature RequestsHate itLove itIf you have another option use it. Customer service closes help tickets as resolved after a week, regardless of if your issues been resolved. You sit on a spinning screen that will not load if you want to check future coverage (as does customer service.) nothing is really straightforward so you have to dig to find what you need. It's not user friendly and very frustrating to use, especially if you need to quickly check for information.

BugsCustomer ServiceHate itconstantly crashes can't add my bank account info for direct deposit. every other click in the app it freezes and closes the app and have to start over. can't get anything done! app is shite, customer service is unavailable when I need it. Optum was my previous HSA/FSA app and it was more reliable and has 24/7 customer service with human reps and not AI bots.
