Zero customer service. When you go to sign into it to make a payment it says it doesn't recognize your credentials yeah I can sign in on the web. There's not one way on there to talk to anyone. If you click on a problem you're having on there it shows you an address you can write to. I am going to close down my Credit One account. This is absolutely ridiculous. Oh and if you make a call to pay your bill they charge you $10 you literally have to pay the employees to do their job

I've only had this card for 2 weeks. Credit One is not exactly the best to have. 1. They offer me a $2,000 limit only and only approved $400. 2. There is a charge for $75 before I ever received my card. The charge does not appear on my account but my available credit limit is decreased to $300. 3. On my travels I spent only $200 of my credit limit, which is now at $0 available when there I supposed to be $200 still available. There is no way to contact an actual person. All automated/mail

Simple and user friendly app that is easy to navigate! Making a payment is quick and easy and the layout of the app makes it easy to keep up with the balance on each of my Credit One cards all in one place. If you're trying to build or improve your credit score, I highly recommend applying for a Credit One Credit card! I got my first card less than a year ago and my credit score has gone up more than 60 points with the help of Credit One!
