Customer ServiceHate itLevelLog InSpendingWhere to start? I first played this game many moons ago when it was first released on the App Store. Stopped playing after a year or so after I became more busy with school and to be fair the gameplay is very grindy. Being level 40 was a miraculous even. A few years ago I decided I wanted to try the game out again so I created a new account, verified it and everything. Played for a bit, spent some money. Well I got a new phone and had to log back in. Tried to log back it it told me my account doesn’t exist. Reached out to customer support and they WERE EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. They told me generic stuff like “click reset password” like I wasn’t trying that 10 million times before reaching out to them. At the end of the day they couldn’t help me recover my account at all saying that account doesn’t exist even with a verified email and information so all in all I feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money and even my time I spent on this game which is a real shame… My advise? Be careful when spending money in this game and creating an account because their support team is nothing short of trash.

FamilyFeature RequestsHate itLove itPrivacyOG player here, JrGong, I played back when it was only Devilang, Bigmama, and Wadangka for the servers and it was very different from what it is today. I’ve met some cool people in this game and even some really trustworthy ones that would do my dirty work for me, while my corporate job got hectic. There are some legitimately trusted players, but most of the people in the game are scammers and wannabe hackers, just buy the platinum. On a side note, GMs can probably spawn items and gold at will and sell to the community at a much faster rate than platinum is sold due to instant gratification. Also, with a dwindling player base they have a need to create new servers as to entice players to start the new grind all over again. This game was fun, but needs a huge overhaul on drop rates, maps, and spawns. It has so much potential to introduce kind-hearted children to JRPGs, but I feel like corruption has overtaken it - like the city of Gotham. Just remember to keep flapping those chicken wings. I give 5 stars for effort Com2Us, but just make me the CEO and I’ll fix this trash game.

Customer ServiceHate itSpendingSo I really enjoyed this game and I have been playing on and off for the past 10 years. This me is nostalgic for me. However, I would rate it no stars for their recent actions. My friends and I have recently returned to the game because we heard of new servers opening. We’ve also spent money as well in order to keep up with these new servers’ competitive pace. However, we were “permanently blocked for illegal activity by using unusual payment to obtain platinum/golds.” When we try to inquire what “illegal activity” took place, customer service repeatedly sent the same generic email. The people we made friendship online who had their accounts unjustly banned as well received the same email without a proper explanation. Rather the email states that they have verified the activity and has received “proper evidence” before blocking multiple accounts. However, based on their generic responses, it appears that they fail to disclose why these accounts have been banned. I would have given 0 stars for their most recent behavior but sadly that’s not an option on reviews.
