Moving ap to another device is dicey without adequate info. New account has different contact number and chats aren't carried over to the new device. Another is that, for some unknown reason, the app isn't consistent when blocking & deleting an individual chat & the same contact. "...a problem. Try again later." Update following prompt clarification from support staff. I learned how to do a transfer from one device to another. 5 stars if i knew why the app is erratic deleting chats.

Have been using this app for several months. Have had some issues not being able to get messages through. Even restarting my phone didn't help. Had to uninstall, then reinstall. Doing this, though, forced me to sign up for a new number. My friend had to do this 5 times (and we lost all of our chats). I had to do this twice. 😔 We WILL continue to use the app daily and hope that Zangi future updates don't cause more issues.

The app is perfect for texting, but when I tried to use the audio, it was very frustrating after four or five tries to not be able to really connect and hear the other person, and they couldn't hear me? And I was unable to find any troubleshooting to solve this problem, although I think it's a great concept that there is no server for these communications, but throughout the day I tried numerous times different audio calls with different people and none of them worked,
