I bought the regular membership for one year last January three months before the membership ended my daughter bought the premium membership by mistake I tried to find a phone number to talk to customer service l did not find any and they didn't reply when I emailed them So I contacted Apple and they refunded the premium membership fees when I tried to use the app I found that they canceled my old membership too

Super cute app. My kids love it, BUT they have math that is pretty far above grade level. There is no soft teaching to lead to learning how to navigate these problems, just addition and now multiply double digits. I’ve looked all through the settings and am not finding anything to make it more catered to the child and the levels they may be at. My children are at or above grade level and I would need to teach them completely new concepts for them to be able to do problems in the app

Parents, please check content and make sure your kids are being taught properly. Remember young minds will absorb things easily, especially in repetition. The idea of this app is really great but it is filled with many errors. So beware. On our first time exploring the app together, kiddo and I found the interactive reading stories have spelling errors. We then went to explore the Geometry section, which has an interactive game for kids to tap the shapes. One asked “Which shape has SIX sides” Kiddo kept tapping a hexagon but the app kept buzzing it as an error. An octagon flew by so I tapped it just for a tat, and it said that was correct. There are more errors throughout as well. Overall, I think with some serious editing this can be a fantastic enrichment for kiddos, provided there are correct contents being taught. Sadly, we will not continue using the app.
