When the champions raid got released I was excited as I would get access to new and rare items when I play in the said raids.I would just use a ticket and I will automatically be connected with 5 other players simple as that but just today I was only connected with 2 other people meaning 3 in total giving me no chance to get even a decent score. It also meant that I wasted a ticket because of an actual bad matchup that I can’t get back and while it is just one ticket it always makes a difference especially when you match up with randoms because you never know when you hit the jackpot of a good team.I don’t know if this is part of the update because if it is I don’t like it as this would be bad since the game somewhat promotes playing online with friends or randoms as a team to get an important objective done and how can you do that when the number of people needed for that particular objective isn’t met.I love this game regardless of lag and bugs but I would like to kindly ask if someone can look over the matchmaking system to ensure this doesn’t happen again because no one deserves a bad matchup.

Raids are the best way to get the highest grade gear in the game but are very frustrating as you need to do them with other people. For a large majority of the time you will get players who know what they are doing and you will be able to beat the boss easily, but sometimes you will get the other players. These other players are those who afk in the raid by the moving their character to the corner or just will stand in the middle and do no damage and use no abilities during the fight. If your strong enough you can beat the boss with your other teammates but the player who literally did nothing will still get rewarded with a raid chest. This happened to me about 4 times this week and one person even got a super epic equipment which is a very rare drop. Seeing this is frustrating as they did nothing at all and got rewarded while myself and my teammates got terrible loot. The devs need to do something about this as it’s discouraging to play the game when players are able to do this without being punished with a ban or raid restriction. These players are internationally ruining others peoples experiences and the devs have done nothing to address this issue.

This game is fun. The story is great, the characters and playstyle are very unique, and the raids are very good for testing out your power. But the crashes are a HUGE issue in this game. Sometimes it repeats 3 frames and freezes indefinitely, or it crashes your game outright and kicks you out of the app. I’m playing this on a new phone and yet it still has problems. I don’t know if it’s my device, or if the game is at fault, and I don’t even have much storage, which can’t be the reason why the game still freezes. I can’t even play other characters because of this, since they have moves that can cause the game to crash anyway, so the characters I play are heavily limited (like Twisted Donut, who made my game crash 3 times in a row for one raid). If the crashes can be fixed, this game deserves 5 stars at best [EDIT] I did a raid that crashed twice as twisted donut, and one broke so badly that it showed one of my teammates HITBOXES. Please fix the graphics, this is the latest iPhone and it runs other high quality games smoothly (with some lag but not enough to break everything)
