The AI feature isn't always available, and it's unclear why. Backtracing only seems to be available on Binanace and you can only use it with stock settings on GridBots only, once you make some changes Backtracing no longer is available. There's no AI feature to check other bot types. Demo account doesn't appear to have any adjustable trade fees or account for spread so PnL isn't accurate.

This new app was released at the wrong time. Better keep the old one before completing all the features from the old one plus the new features for the new one. I saw everyone are frustrated and disappointed. Please keep both apps active. It is the best way for users experiencing both features. I'll not renew my subscription if the app keeps like that for 1 week or more, and I'll stop using 3commas. Please listen to the customers nobody is happy!
