Hate itUpdatesI have the app but they keep telling me to download it. I have an order when, yet I can't see it. It never shows . There is no real time info on it. I am very frustrated with frontier. I have been scheduled to use my service upgraded since they updated our lines to fiber months ago. We still have not gotten it installed! They've cancelled apt s , lost apts, and just left us hanging for 3 months at least. I'm very frustrated with them, and the app does not do what it is supposed to. I cant seeapt

BugsHate itNetworkThis is the possibly the worst app and subsequent automated chat I've ever used in my life. With max wifi signal and perfectly operational phone I could only reply or send other responses once every 2 or 3 minutes because of how much freezing it did. The automated system told me it detected a physical issue without diagnosing the problem which was a network setting issue on the modem. Complete garbage.

Network"We're aware of a service outage in your area" literally installed the app to get anything slightly more useful than from the website. No way to see what they're doing, time estimate, nothing, even the little assistant doesn't load properly on mobile data. I'm a crisis counselor. It's been days of spotty service and other people are having to pick up the on-call hours from me. This is ridiculous.
