Not user friendly. Ordered 2 cheese burger plates but only option was to order hamburger, and when you try to click the prompt to add cheese it doesn't work. You can't call the location to ask to add cheese. I don't mind the requirement to order online, but you should still be able to reach a human when the ap doesn't work correctly. Or you should be able to add customizable notes to every option on the ap.

Missing menu options, literally just tried ordering biscuits and gravy which is a menu item on their official menu and it just doesn't exist in the app. The UI is also quite frustrating to pair with missing menu items. If youre not gonna allow us to call in pickup orders then provide us a UI that actually allows us to customize our order the way we would over the phone. If doordash, uvlber eats, and 90% of other fast food chains have figured it out, its surprising such a long running one hasnt.
