Incredibly buggy app. I have an existing account, but the login/registration button is the same and forces you to verify through your phone number first — no way around just using your email. Once your phone number is verified, it asks for my email (already registered). I verify that as well and then it just endlessly loops asking to verify phone and then email again. It also asks for permissions for Location of nearby devices. Why? Funny the top voted review is obviously a paid shill.

The app is trash. It constantly freezes. The delivery system is the worst. Orders constantly get cancelled without saying anything to the customer. It takes 50+ min to get an order from less than a mile away. If I wasn't at work I would just go pick it up. They also constantly change my delivery information. I pick "hand to me" and the name of my job so they can find it. I check later and it says leave at door and my note is gone. Don't use if you have other options.

July '24 V 4.1.70 - Another update, more disappointment. Now, I have a permanent bright yellow "nag screen" at the top of the home page if location is not enabled. I don't want location on, nor should this app REQUIRE it. Also, when I delete messages, it takes me all the way out to the settings menu, instead of back to the message list. Better yet, let me disable these alerts! Lastly, the floating barcode scanner is super distracting. Please try harder to make me hate your app less. Thanks.
