Was talked into coming back for a better rate and higher speeds. Truth is, Spectrum's been lagging and buffering quite a bit, whereas..... Frontier ran great, but almost double the price. We were told it could handle up to 200 devices. we have 3 cells, a PS5 and Spectrum. There should be no reason for all the buffering and lagging. Disappointed and debating on staying or not.

I first gave 5 stars, but now 1 because they lied to my face. I did their "upgrade" to my phone and was told I would get a $700 credit for my old one. It never happened. I called them, and they said , "You got the credit." But NO I DIDN'T! I still see the same huge amount owed and the same payments and would not have upgraded without the credit. As soon as I pay off this whole bill, I'm dumping them for Straight talk. Don't fall for the "upgrade promises" cause you will regret it.

This app has been ver convenient in making payments and registering new devices! the interface seems to be easy to use as well! Edit 03/03/2025: I have since had one update to the app and not I cannot sign in to pay a bill at all. I've tried signing in on 3 different browsers and still can't access my account. I'm not able to Pau bills in office so the app was the only way I could pay. If the app doesn't get fixed soon I'm gonna have to find service elsewhere
