I went on vacation to NJ over the weekend and due to restrictions I couldn’t play my usual online casinos. I deposited about 25$. Ended up winning a tad over 100$ on slots. Withdrew to my PayPal account on Monday, as of today(Sunday) they needed documents such as pdfs of my PayPal bank statements, my drivers license and a photo of me holding my drivers license to show proof it was me. Then when I finally got in touch with someone they said it was PayPal’s fault but they didnt realize I submitted that other documentation before that. After I told them that my withdraw was cancelled and funds were returned to Bally online casino, and now they have to review my documents I sent today. This has been going on all week just for 70$. So now they told me to wait to complete my withdrawal(again for the third time)until I hear back again from their online support team(good luck getting in touch with them) when they are done reviewing my documents. I never had this issue with any other online casino in my life, it’s crazy. At least they put the funds back in the app that I can’t use now since I left the state, so ridiculous. PS as I’m writing this I just withdrew from my local online casino and the funds are already in my PayPal account, so I withdrew, wrote this and 5 min later my funds are available. It’s not right. I hope they get it squared away for me because I can’t even play it now since I’m out of New Jersey.

After a month of simulation play of a roulette system I debated between betMGM and Bally. I landed on betMGM and deposited 200 and got a $50 bonus. I declined the bonus math as I read too many horror stories. My first two sessions in the morning and afternoon play very normal comparing to my simulation play and I won. I want to say first off, I’ve read a lot of reviews on here about people having issues when going to withdrawal and needing to verify their identity or not getting it at all…my experience personally was great, their games where fun, the layout was good, and got my withdrawal in under 24 hours of request. I feel the people that had issues and need to verify are the ones who etheir played out of state, or didn’t not verify their email or something was entered incorrectly when registering. But I myself will keep using this app and will continue to say good things about it until an issue arises, that hopefully and personally I don’t see happening
