I tried to withdrawl $150 on June 12th. They told me it would take 5 business days, so June 19th came and I still didn’t receive the payment. I wrote customer support and they told me to allow another 5 business days and if I don’t see it by the 25th to reach out. I contacted my bank and they said they don’t see it nor is it pending. So I contacted them back and now they want me to provide bank statements showing I didn’t receive it. 1st, I don’t mind showing bank statements, but I find it very lazy they wouldn’t look into the matter for me but wants me to perform all the work to prove I didn’t receive it when all they’d have to do is check their database to see it didn’t go through. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

I really liked this app at first. However the past month started to glitch. It logs me out after 5/10 minutes but what’s worse is I am not notified I was locked out UNTIL I go to view my players and place the money wager. THIS IS FRUSTRATING TO THE MAXXXX because I will spend 30 minutes to an hour reading through wager options and selecting them. Go to enter my amount of wager then *BOOM* you’ve been logged out. Then log back in, not recalling exactly whom I had selected and start the process over. Spend another half hour selecting picks then logged out soon as I try to enter a wager. 1 hour or more wasted and no bets placed? Kiss off. I have other apps . Sometimes I miss game starting and it mess up my evening. ALSO - I’ve noticed this app will not have some of the fair spread lines on stats as the other apps. I currently use 5 or more apps and this one will be the only one not offering those? Huh? Super sus. It does offer promo’s that are decent at times but in comparison to other apps, this one has fallen to last. It used to accept my cashapp card then suddenly started rejecting it. Glitchy app that had the option to improve if they want it to. It’s on the developers now but I have slowed down using this one big time because of the flaws

Overall, the interface and functionality of the Betr app is consistent, if not, better than the other fantasy apps out there. However, their transaction data is not accurate and when I re-downloaded the app, it showed me that I had not conducted any transactions in the month of January. Under this false impression, I mistakenly believed I could take advantage of the $500 deposit match promos. It was only after betting my money — and losing — that my old transactions on the app appeared. The worst part, though, is that my $500 transaction did not appear for weeks until after I contacted their support — who did not offer any conciliation. The app looks good but overall I would be worried that some scammy tactics are being used to influence how much you deposit.
