Being from Florida, I was happy to have a betting app tied to a local establishment. That was until I tried to log in one day and my account was suspended. I received no notice or explanation of this suspension. When I reached out to customer service (based in the Philippines, so so much for local!) they told me to upload my id and a selfie. I did so, and several hours later I received an email telling money was going to be deducted from my account before it was reactivated. I had to spend another hour on chat to the Philippines getting my account restored, with the customer service rep trying to get me off the chat the entire time telling me to wait for another email explaining what was going on. I still have received no follow up email, have no idea why my account was suspended in the first place, nor do I know why I got an email telling me money was being deducted from my suspended account. And, of course, no offer was made to provide restitution for the hours I spent on chat trying to resolve an issue they created. There are so many other betting apps that actually work. Use one of them.

I felt compelled to write this review cus Hard rock is such a bad company and app. Where to even start, First and foremost they have the WORST rewards program because you will never even reach silver status even if you bet daily and often because they revert your credits every 30 days no matter how active or not you are so you will always lose tier credits and get leveled DOWN not up, and forget about it if you don’t bet for anywhere past 1 week those credits will fly down in the blink of an eye and all that money spent you get no reward for being loyal. Secondly, they withhold a lot of lines compared to other sportsbooks and the odds are sometimes very juiced so no point in playing them. They also don’t have as wide of a selection of sports and don’t even put up certain events at their discretion for whatever reason. Lastly, NOBODY asked for this greedy grimy company to come into Florida and do business like this. They are not trying to build any relationship with customers just take your money and carry on to the next cash cow. Shame on this company and every spineless politician that let this go through
