Slightly better than Useless ! Almost no flexibility... you cannot alter past searches they are there seemingly forever with no instructions on how to erase them or change any parameters. Documentation is limited and all but non-existent. Once you searched on an area you seem to be stuck with it forever with no chance of erasing it.. unless you erase your whole account and start over... I guess.

The houses are updated very quickly, which is great, but the app freezes constantly! Maps often don't load correctly, and now you can no longer search by county. You have to look up each individual town. This is ridiculous. Such a simple basic feature that all the other apps have. Please allow searching by county again and I'll move my rating back up to a 4.

Has properties with pricing which is nice, but when you request properties with specific filters and ask for updated properties through notifications, it starts sending you everything including what you aren't looking for. Had to shut down those notifications. If you're just searching to look, good app, if looking for an app that provides quality updates, may not be the right one for you. Hope this helps.
