Je l’ai pris parce que c’était le mieux noté. Il y avait un mois gratuit et j’ai pris l’abonnement le paiement est passer se jour et je ne suis plus couverte depuis le 8 septembre 2023 alors que le paiement a été renouveler ce jour je pensais que la reconexion serait ok toujours rien. Et pas de contact ou aide donc je paie pour rien !!!!😡😡😡

Des voleurs! Très compliqué d’annuler la facturation automatique. Je déconseille cet antivirus. Il fonctionne bien mais l’état d’esprit de l’entreprise est lamentable. J’ai fini par annuler mon abonnement. Mais il a fallu trois appels avec le support via le chat. J’ai reçu un mail me demandant la confirmation d’annulation de mon abonnement. J’ai cliqué mais rien ne s’est passé. Il a fallu que je recontacte le support. Après une menace de contacter un avocat, ils ont enfin supprimé mon compte. Je croise les doigts pour que rien ne soit débité dans les prochains jours. Quelle galère !
